The property is currently under a Forest Right with The Crown as well as an Emissions Trade Agreement offering future income from carbon credits.

The property has a titled area of 727.23ha and a Net Stocked Area of approximately 670.3ha with majority established in 2019. Of this, 610.8ha is registered in the Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) under the averaging method.

The property consists of two income streams through land rental on the Forestry Right with The Crown. The second income stream is through carbon under an Emissions Trading Agreement. There is also the option to buy the crop back from The Crown and take control of the forest.
