The Murray Aquatic and Leisure Centre (MALC) requires an air-conditioning system with fresh air provisioning for a Group Fitness Room of approx 180m2 (12m x 15m x 5.6m) 1009m3.
Please base your submission on the scope (alternative options may be considered but a price for the listed system must also be provided).
• Supply and installation of a 4 x Panasonic 14.0kw cooling/heating wall split system Model S-140PU2E5B/U-140PZ2R5.
• Supply and installation of 4 x Fantech inline fresh air fans Model RIL-150SW inclusive of filter box's, roof flue, flexible duct and interface control to each airconditioning system.
• Supply and installation of colourbond sheet metal patch to the external wall.
• Supply and installation of all refrigeration piping and piping insulation.
• Supply and installation of power supply, isolation switch and interconnecting control wiring.
• Supply and installation of a condensate drain.
• Supply and installation of galvanized hat sections.
• Supply and installation of pipe cover over exposed refrigeration pipework.
• Crane charges.
• Commissioning of air-conditioning system.
• Cleaning of site.
