Roundabout Landscaping - Galbraith & Bathgate

⁠⁠⁠The Principal is seeking a suitably qualified Contractor for the construction of hard and soft landscaping and irrigation installation for two prominent Karratha roundabouts.

The Works shall include the provision of all materials indicated, labour, traffic management, equipment and cartage as necessary for the completion of works including, but not limited to:

1. Earthworks and clearance

2. Subsoil drainage, under boring and head wall works.

3. Irrigation repair, Installation and connection

4. Soil works and final grading

5. Soft landscaping

6. Complete aftercare and maintenance of all Landscape and construction works

(including irrigation) throughout the thirteen (13) week consolidation period.

There is a non-mandatory briefing and site inspection that will be held on Friday 26 May 2023 at 10:00am at the City of Karratha Operations Centre, Cowle Road, Karratha LIA.

NO LATE TENDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL TENDERS SUBMITTED BY FACSIMILE, EMAIL, MAIL, HAND DELIVERED, TELEPHONE OR BY ANY METHOD OTHER THAN THE CITY OF KARRATHA PORTAL, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EVALUATION.

The opening of the electronic Tender Box will be conducted at the City of Karratha office immediately after the Tender closure deadline. All or any Tenders are not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Elected Members may disqualify.
