⁠⁠⁠The Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is looking to select and engage a developer to undertake a residential housing development on the site at 57A Hall Road, Kerikeri, Northland.

The intent is to facilitate the supply of new dwellings in supply-constrained areas, including the supply of KiwiBuild dwellings, Public Housing Dwellings, Progressive Home Ownership or Build-to-Rent.
