Waste Management Services

⁠⁠⁠The Principal is seeking Tenders from experienced contractors to undertake a range of specialised waste management services across the townsite of Newman, Western Australia.

The successful Contractor(s) shall have an experienced team of waste management operators with a high level of capacity to undertake these Services.

The Contractor shall during the tenure of this Contract undertake and maintain the following:

• Undertake domestic refuse and recycling collections
• Survey bin quantity and quality; distribute replacement bins and repair bins as required
• Maintain Register of Receptacles
• Undertake litter control services, including the removal of litter at various stipulated locations
• Undertake annual stormwater cleanouts in preparation for the Pilbara wet season,
• Undertake sorting and/or compaction onsite at the Newman Waste Management Recycling Facility and transportation of recyclable material to a Materials Recovery Facility
• Undertake commercial waste collections at the nominated Principal's facilities
• Provide at their own expense a fleet of plant and vehicles, maintained and presented as per Contract requirements
• Prepare and submit written reports as required to the Principal; including statistics of each collection.
