Recreation Park Toilet Block

Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced company to supply and install a new toilet block and concrete slab close to a new playground at Recreation Park. The toilet block is located on the corner of Recreation & Florence Streets, Tweed Heads in the Tweed Shire Local Government Area.

Works will include creating a level pad to form up and place the concrete footings and floor of the toilet. Attached plans show the proposed layout and concrete types. Works will also include, but not limited to, fitting out the toilet block, connecting into town water (located within a pit with 10lm of the new building), connecting the sewer system into an on site pressure sewer system (to be installed by TSC). And working with TSC to run electrical conduits into the service area for a future electrical board that will provide power to the sewer pump, BBQ, shelter light and toilet block lighting. Council will supply and install all the electrical components.
