Whanganui Airport Terminal Roof Replacement

⁠⁠⁠Whanganui District Council (WDC) is inviting tenders from suitably experienced contractors to undertake works to replace the Whanganui Airport Terminal Roof. We are seeking to appoint an experienced main building contractor to undertake and coordinate the roof replacement.

The scope of work includes but is not restricted to;

- Whanganui District Council has had documentation prepared and consented to a replacement of the existing roofing membranes.

- Work includes providing a new membrane roof over a shaped sub-base to provide positive cross-fall to external hidden gutters.

- Work includes consequential works to the gutter and to the perimeter fascia.

- Works will need to be undertaken in such a manner to maintain "business-as-usual" operations for the airport terminal.
