Ballance Agri Nutrients is releasing an Expression of Interest (EOI) with the purpose of shortlisting and or appointing a professional services provider to support and partner with them in developing a category and contracting strategy/approach which will meet the following objectives.

1. To develop and establish a strategic direction for Ballance's Domestic Freight category.

2. To develop and establish a world class, best practice contract or management framework including freight contractor engagement, performance management, rewarding performance whilst demonstrating value for money.
