Independent Member Audit Panel

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking expressions of interest from people who would like to be considered for the role of an Independent Member of its Audit Panel. One position is available.

The Audit Panel is an advisory committee with a broad mandate to review, advise and make recommendations to the Council on its financial performance and management practices.

The role is suited to a person with knowledge and expertise in the areas of audit practices and financial management and reporting, knowledge of and experience in relevant industries, and experience with governance processes including risk management.

The successful candidate is required to prepare for and attend four to six meetings per year, plus occasional conference calls or online meetings if needed. A modest remuneration is offered.
