This Tender is restricted by the Issuer.
The SWSLHD PEACH Program provides extended palliative care in the home packages to clients across the Northern and Southern Hubs within the south western Sydney region. The Northern Hub incorporates the Local Government Areas (LGAs) of Bankstown, Liverpool and Fairfield and the Southern Hub incorporates the LGAs of Campbelltown, Camden, Wollondilly and Wingecaribee. Each Hub is currently serviced by a separate single provider.
