Tender Description

Expressions of interest from design and construction contractors for competitive D&C tender for the delivery of a multi-million dollar development project comprising of 23 new apartment dwellings in Cairns. Consists of demolition of existing building and design and construction of a new multi level complex with 16 x 1 bedroom units and 7 x 2 bedroom units in accordance with the Livable Housing Design Guidelines.
