Gibson Island Project - Cooling Water Towers

⁠⁠⁠This invitation to register an interest, the supply includes the design, manufacture, supply and site support for installation/commissioning of the Cooling Water Towers.

The Project requires a fully functional system complete with all required auxiliaries to supply cooling water to electrolyser arrays, hydrogen treatment packages, water treatment systems and other auxiliaries.

The supply includes but is not necessarily limited to:

• Structural framework and hardware;

• Tower casing, partition walls, fan deck, louvers, fan stacks and supports;

• Spray systems inside the cooling tower and drift eliminators;

• Fill material and supports;

• Side stream filter;

• Mechanical equipment including unitised fans supports, drive shaft, couplings VSD’s, vibration switches, guards, gear system, fan hubs, blades etc.;

• Electrical wiring, cabling, lighting, earthing, lightning protection etc.;

• All required field instruments, controls, sensors, protection and safety devices;

• Water distribution system including pipework that is integral to the tower;

• Access platforms, ladders, walkways, stairways, emergency egress as required;

• Protection and safety devices; and

• Spare parts, special tools, documentation and certifications.

The supply shall comply with local codes and authority regulations and shall be complete with all required approvals from authorities with jurisdiction over the project. The supply shall be suitable for the environmental conditions and designed

to function safely and satisfactorily under all required conditions. The supply shall meet applicable national and local laws, regulations, standards, and codes, and shall be complete with any required registrations.

The Project, including this package AUS1004P0012, issubject to internal approvals.

The procurement process or scope may change at Gibson Island H2.’s election, including to accommodate project budget and time requirements.
