Acumen Corporate Property has been instructed by the Department of Finance to seek Expressions of Interest for the provision of office accommodation in the Perth Central Business District on behalf of the State Government.
KEY REQUIREMENTS ARE:
Location is to be in the Perth Central Business District.
A net lettable area of approximately 20,000 sqm on contiguous floors.
Preference for the premises to be available for fit-out no later than July 2027
