Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Charles Sturt University seeks a tender submission to undertake the Design and Construction of building 73 Pump House refurbishment at Wagga Campus.

A summary of the works is:

1. Remove all hazardous materials as noted in supplied HazMat report;

2. Replace pumps and electrical as per engineering with minimal service downtime.

3. Upgrade & certify LV room for fire rating compliance.

4. Remove and replace building roof and ventilation.

5. Supply and install complying fire exit.

6. Replace all entrance doors.

7. Provide certificate of compliance with relevant standards and NCC for completed works.
