Tender Description
Project: The purpose of this Request for Tender is to establish a panel of up to four (4) Suppliers for the Supply and Delivery of Ready-Mix Concrete. The number of Suppliers that form the Panel may vary depending on the number of conforming responses from the Market.
Suppliers will be ranked based on the most competitive offer established by the Council during the evaluation of tenders in accordance with the evaluation of both the priced and non-priced weighted criteria.
The Contract is for a 2-year period pf engagement with an extension option 1 x 1 year at the Council's discretion and the performance of the Contractors over the initial two-year period and Council's business requirements.
