ABOUT THE COUNCIL: Ku-ring-gai Council is a Local Government Area in the North Shore region of Sydney. It includes the suburbs of Gordon, Pymble, Lindfield, Killara, St Ives, Roseville, Warrawee, Turramurra and parts of Wahroonga.
ABOUT THE TENDER:
1X 50M POOL REFURBISHMENT AT THE KU-RING-GAI FITNESS AND AQUATIC CENTRE (KFAC).
This will include but not limited to the following:
Demolish/remove tiles to expose expansion joints and water lock joints
Remediate all water stop joints floor and wall
Remediate all expansion/construction joints floor and wall
Remove all crack tiles
Supply and install new tiles where required to matching or approved equivalent
Handing over in working order and warranty of the installations,
Cleaning and tidying of the installed works and the site,
Rectification of defects during the first 12 months after handover of the installations
SITE MEETING:
Non-compulsory site meeting. Strong recommendation that all tenderers attend
