St. Philomena's School Moree - Proposed New and Refurbishment Works

⁠⁠⁠Armidale Catholic Schools is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from licensed building contractors that have capability and capacity to deliver the following works at St. Philomena's School, Moree:

• New administration building and associated external works.
• Refurbishment of existing administration and science building.
• Refurbishment of existing Block A — Science and Secondary General Learning Areas
• Refurbishment of existing Bock L — Music.

EOI responses must include the following information:

• Details of corporate structure.
• Details of recently completed projects. Education sector experience will be considered favourably.
• Capacity and experience of staff to undertake the works.
• A minimum of two (2) client referees.
