Three Waters Reticulation Operations and Maintenance RFP

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking proposals from suitably qualified contractors, with a focus on local contractors, to manage the three-waters reticulation networks across the district.

The works and services will be delivered under a set of service contracts for the operation and maintenance of the urban and rural water, wastewater and stormwater systems in the Clutha District.

The intention is that the scope of works may be undertaken by one or more suppliers, and that one or more contracts are awarded which may include a qualified list of specialist suppliers to ensure sufficient capability and capacity for the service across the district.

Supporting documents to the RFP, including the Schedule of Rates and draft Contract documents will be uploaded next week (w/c 8 May 2023).

A supplier briefing is scheduled for 17th May 2023 (online or in-person) and details will be released next week.
