Household Waste Collection Services in the Territory

⁠⁠⁠The Transport Canberra and City Services Directorate is responsible for the management of the Territory’s waste program. The Territory is seeking a qualified, experienced and capable service provider for the provision of Household Waste Collection Services, including:

(a) provide essential waste collection services for Domestic Waste, Recyclables, GO and FOGO;

(b) transition to a city-wide FOGO collection service;

(c) provide an on-demand Bulky Waste collection services;

(d) supply, deliver and maintain MGBs, Bulk Bins and other required containers for households;

(e) provide a Household customer interface program;

(f)  provide a Customer Call Centre; and

(g) implementation of an emissions reduction program, related to the Objectives above.
