Council is now inviting Select Tenders for the Preparation and Submission of RFT 04/2023 - Brooklyn Road Shared Path and Associated Roadworks.
All interested parties are invited to submit tenders in accordance with this Invitation to Tender.
Tenders must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements of this Invitation to Tender
A Pre-Tender meeting shall be held to discuss any questions raised by Tenderers and inspect the site. This meeting is not compulsory. The minutes of this meeting will be issued to all Tenderers and will form part of the Tender document.
Time: 12.00PM, WEDNESDAY 10 MAY 2023
Location: Brooklyn Rural Fire Brigade,
Salt Pan Reserve - Brooklyn Road, Brooklyn NSW
The pre-tender meeting will be held at the Brooklyn Rural Fire Brigade building (Salt Pan Reserve, Brooklyn Road, Brooklyn) on the 10 May 2023 starting at 12.00pm and will include a site walkover. Only fully vaccinated people can attend the meeting. Every person attending must sign into the sign-on sheet. No person is to attend the meeting if even showing the mildest of COVID symptoms. If a person attending the meeting receives a positive result, they must notify Council immediately.
