⁠⁠⁠The City of Gosnell is seeking Expressions of Interest to lease and operate the hair salon from premises in the Addie Mil Senior Citizens Centre, of 3 Astley Street, Gosnell, available to commence from 1 July 2023.

Features of the premises include:

• sqm internal area
• Located within the Centre, used for senior activities and programs.
• Operational hours for align with the Centre's opening hours. Mondays to Fridays 8:45 am ~ 4:15 pm. Closed on public holidays and weekends.
• 5-year lease with a further option of 5 years
• Rent of $3000pa [plus annual CPI) and utilities contribution of $ 1500pa paid quarterly.
• Hair salon is predominantly used by the senior clientele of the Addie Mills Senior Citizens Centre
