Tender Description
James Cook University is seeking a suitably qualified principal contractor to successfully complete the extensive refurbishment works to JCU Townsville's Building 039 Computer Room. The works include Preliminaries, Demolition, Construction, and Practical Completion/Handover. JCU requests lump sum offers for the works to be evaluated as per the documentation provided in this QTenders issue, the criteria shall consist of Mandatory, Technical and Price (Lump Sum).
The works shall be administered by JCU's AS4905 Medium Works Contract and at the time of this issue, practical completion is the 18th of August 2023.
