This Request for PICR0000234-DOC-100 includes confidential Information. Suppliers are advised there will be two tender boxes as follows:

- PICR0000234-RFT-100 (use this box to upload your tender submission)
Suppliers must complete the Deed of Confidentiality found in PICR0000234-DOC-100 and submit it electronically through the Tenders ACT system to gain access to the confidential documents contained in tender box PICR0000234-RFT-100

The lead consultant and consultancy team will work closely with the Major Projects Canberra and City Renewal Authority to develop a strategy for the planning and development of the Acton Waterfront, consistent with the Acton Waterfront Urban Design Framework (fjmtstudio 2022). It will incorporate detailed planning, design (eg Estate Management Plan, services master plan, Works Approval), financial analysis (eg of infrastructure requirements) and staging of the future development of the precinct.
Broad scope of works being:
Aim: To gain Works Approval from the National Capital Authority for a new neighbourhood at Acton Waterfront to improve connectivity between the lake and the city and the estate can be sold for development.
Outcome: An approved Estate Development Plan is required from the Planning Authority for the area, the National Capital Authority, so that the site (or sites) can be sold and a developer can undertake construction that meets the requirements of the National Capital Plan.
