Synthetic Sports Field Maintenance

SERVICE REQUIRED:
Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites tenders for the provision of Synthetic Sports field Maintenance. The scope of the tender includes routine maintenance of up to 8 hectares of Synthetic Sports Fields. The Scope of Services required comprise of the provision of labour, equipment, material and any other resources necessary to provide Synthetic Sports Field Maintenance described further in Part D Service Requirements to Northern Beaches Council.

The Contract term will be 3 years, with 2 optional extensions of 1 year each at Council's sole discretion.

EVALUATION CRITERIA:
It is mandatory that all schedules in Part F are completed. The evaluation criteria for this tender are:

Schedule F2 Departures and Qualifications Pass/Fail
Schedule F4 Financial Information Pass/Fail
Schedule F8 Work Health and Safety Pass/Fail
Schedule F12 Conflict of Interest and Fair Dealing Declaration Information Only
Schedule F13 Insurances Pass/Fail

Scored Criteria
Schedule F3 & F5 Demonstrated past experience of the Tenderer 25%
Schedules F10 & F11 Demonstrated past experience Personnel and Subcontractors 20%
Schedules F7 & F14 Proposed Methodology (including QA) 20%
Schedule F9 Environmental Sustainability and Social Equity 5%
Schedule F18 Fees including Lump Sum Fee, Schedule of Rates and Materials and Other Fees 30%

CLOSING DATE AND TIME:
Tenders close at 2pm on 25 May 2023 and must be fully received by this time.

LODGEMENT:

Submissions should be lodged in the electronic tender box or in the physical tender box at Northern Beaches Council, Civic Centre, 725 Pittwater Road, Dee Why, NSW 2099 by the time and date nominated. Late submissions may not be accepted.
