Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Burwood Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced respondents for providing Detailed Design works for Burwood Urban Park Arts and Cultural Centre (BUPACC) Project. This Request for Tender (RFT) requires the following key elements of the works to be provided:

• Detailed Design Structural / Civil / Stormwater packaged to “Construct only” construction tender

• Quality and Performance report during construction
