The Department of Transport’s Maritime in partnership with the South West Development Commission (SWDC) and Development WA are delivering the Transforming Bunbury’s Waterfront (TBW) project. Work in Casuarina Boat Harbour, as part of Stage 3, commenced in 2022 and will be delivered over (approximately) the next 3 years include a new breakwater to improve shelter for Casuarina Boat Harbour, the extension of Casuarina Drive, upgraded services, and commercial development opportunities including
 A new boat lifting and servicing facility (for the Region)
 A modern boat stacking operation

Accordingly, the Department of Transport’s Maritime business area is seeking Expressions of Interest for the two future lots to be created within Casuarina Boat Harbour in Bunbury. Uses that will be considered on both lease sites are related to the provision of services for small craft, nominally up to 20 metres in size.
