The Principal is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers to provide Design & Construction services for the provision of a new water treatment plant (WTP) at the Willawarrin Show Grounds site at Willawarrin, NSW.

A more detailed brief of the extent of services required by the Principal is set out in Volume 3 -Principal’s Project Requirements.

A mandatory tender briefing is to be held on 10th May 2023 at 9am.

The Council’s Local Preference Purchasing Procedure adopted on 20 March 2018 applies to this Tender.

Tenders should be submitted in accordance with instructions included in the information documents and lodged in the electronic tender box  prior to the closing time and date. The onus rests on the tenderer to ensure that the tender is lodged in accordance with the above requirements.
