Rehua and Aorere Park Sewer Rehabilitation Construction ROI

⁠⁠⁠Watercare Services Limited (Watercare) invites suitably qualified contractors with a proven track record of replacement and lining of wastewater pipes, the repair of sewer manholes, and structural sewer repairs to respond to this Registration of interest (ROI) for the Rehua and Aorere Park Wastewater Network Renewals construction project.

This ROI is intended only for contractors experienced in work of this nature and type, and who will tender for the entire contract in their own right.

All details included in this document are intended to provide a project overview only and should not be considered as contract documentation.

The purpose of this Project is to update existing wastewater infrastructure in preparation for the redevelopment of a significant number of Housing New Zealand properties, which are predicted to increase the population of the area by 1,184 people (395 new connections). The current system in the area already has significant structural, inflow, and infiltration issues.

The Project deliverables include the following:

- Replacement of 3,120 m of local wastewater pipes.
- Lining of 555 m of local wastewater pipes.
- Repair of 80 sewer manholes.
- Carrying out 98 structural sewer repairs.
