Tender Description
Armidale Regional Council (ARC) is seeking tender submissions from tradespersons based in the Council and New England Area for (various) Building Trades pre-qualified contractors for a two-year period commencing July 2023 plus options to extend at Council's sole discretion.
Proposals are to be submitted under the schedule of rates and terms and conditions set out in the Council's request for a tender document and the proposal shall be in accordance with the requirements set out in the tender schedules.
Council has identified twelve (12) Categories of key trade services that it thinks will benefit from a structured approach in the development of a Prequalified Panel of Contractors as follows:
1. Electrical Services (Domestic, Solar and Industrial)
2. Plumbing Services (Domestic and Industrial)
3. Concreting Services
4. Pest Management (various)
5. Landscaping Services
6. Essential Services
7. Glazing Services
8. Painting Services
9. Fencing Services (Various, Gate repairs, supply and installation)
10. General Building Services (Building services, general works, bricklaying, rendering, plastering, tiling, scaffolding, asbestos assessment).
11. Air Conditioning Services
12. Signwriting Services (non-regulatory, promotional products)
Additionally, Council will be organizing Supplier information sessions in Guyra and Armidale Locations during the tender period.

2. Guyra: 4.00 pm, Thursday 4 May 2023 ARC Guyra Service Centre; 158 Bradley Street, Guyra
3. Armidale: 4.00 pm, Thursday 11 May 2023; ARC Council Chambers, Upstairs, 135 Rusden Street Armidale
4. Guyra: 4.00 pm, Thursday 18 May 2023 ARC Guyra Service Centre; 158 Bradley Street, Guyra
