The Hillmorton Food Services LPG boiler generates steam used in the heating of some kitchen cooking equipment (kettles/ovens) and the air heating system that heats the building. ). The Hillmorton Food Services Heating Upgrade is focused on converting from the provision of steam to electricity for heating and cooking.
This RFP refers to the replacement of steam operated commercial cooking equipment with commercial electrical cooking equipment.
