Bus Shelters Design, Fabrication and Installation

⁠⁠⁠The City of Cockburn (The Principal) requires a suitably qualified and experienced Bus Shelter Manufacturer for the design, fabrication and installation of steel (or aluminium) bus shelters in compliance with Disability Discrimination Act and Public Transport Authority of WA, throughout various locations within the City of Cockburn area.

Currently the Principal has approximately 270 bus shelters installed throughout the city and plans to increase and/or replace some or all of this number over the forthcoming years.

The City of Cockburn is approximately 148 square kilometres in area, and is located approximately 22 kilometres south of Perth, the capital of Western Australia. The Specification is to be read in the context it is written and will be the basis upon which the Contractor is to achieve an acceptable standard and level of service.

The proposed contract shall be in force for a period of three (3) years from the date of contract award, with a Principal instigated option to extend the period for a subsequent one (1) year period and up to an additional twelve (12) months after that, to a maximum of five (5) years.
