Strathfield Business Improvement Services

Strathfield Municipal Council is undergoing a request for Tender (RFT) process to appoint several suppliers to a Professional Consulting Services Panel for the purposes of providing 'Business Improvement Services'.

The term of the contract is three years (3) with two (2) options of extending this period by twelve (12) months.

The range of Professional Consultancy Services sought include the following business improvement services, including:
- Process review, improvements in efficiency and facilitation of reviews
- Service review, improvements in efficiency and facilitation of reviews
- Financial process review and improvement, including assistance with report writing, grant applications and acquittal and presentations if/when required
- Change management skills and expertise
- Risk management, internal controls and governance skills and expertise
- Project management expertise and post-project debriefing
- Project assurance.
