Local Government Procurement (LGP) is seeking proposals from experienced firms to deliver a Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLMS) with an end-to-end view to ensure value is delivered and continues to be delivered (i.e., does not get eroded) beyond the initial sourcing event, and covers as a minimum the contract management activities as pre-LGP’s Contract Management Framework.
LGP is exploring the market to:
- Provide an opportunity for suppliers to bid for LGP requirements for a CLMS system that will manage LGP’s panel contracts.
- Ensure that it is accessing the latest market expertise that provides the best value.
- Identify innovative or new ideas to strengthen LGP’s vision of a contract lifecycle management system most suitable for LGP’s business model of panel contracts.
- Automate multiple administrative tasks within LGP’s Contract Management Framework that are currently performed manually.
LGP requires a solution provider with extensive experience in assisting their clients in carrying out the management of panel contracts. The chosen provider will ensure steps are undertaken to confirm that LGP’s requirements are understood, key stakeholders are taken along the journey, and a system can be implemented to carry out the required functions to deliver best practice contract management.
