MidCoast Council Annual Scientific Test Room/Field Equipment Service & Calibration 2023

⁠⁠⁠Required = Service& Calibration of MidCoast Council (MCC) field & test room equipment as listed in the spreadsheet 'MCC 2023 Test Room Equipment '. This would include the caps for the LOD probes.

NOTE: Equipment numbers may vary slightly at the time of service due to operational needs.

The service & calibration require Service Technicians to attend 6 sites across the MCC area, across 3 days Wednesday to Friday. The site locations are listed on the 'MCC 2023 Test Room Equipment List Vendor Panel' spreadsheet.

It is anticipated that the program of service would be as follows;

Wednesday - Commence at Hawks Nest STP and service & calibrate all equipment at this site. Travel to Bulahdelah WTP and service & calibrate all equipment at this site. Travel to Nabiac WTP and service & calibrate all equipment at this site. Travel to Bootawa and commence some service & calibrate all equipment at this site.

Thursday - Bootawa all day, service & calibrate equipment at this site.

Friday - Bootawa, finish any service & calibrate of any equipment not completed on Thursday if any. Travel to Gloucester WTP and service & calibrate all equipment at this site. Travel to Stroud WTP and service & calibrate all equipment at this site. Finish.

The Service Technicians will be met onsite and accompanied by an MCC staff member. As such, a formal site induction will not be required at each site.
