The objective of the procurement is to establish a Framework of Professional Services providers to provide various professional services for TCC's City Waters Capital Works Programme for a total period of 3 years. This Framework will be an open Framework, if and when the need arises, TCC may add additional professional services providers and related categories to the Framework.

The contracts will commence in July 2023 for an initial 2 years with a 1-year renewal (2 plus 1) based on KPI reviews. While TCC reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time for various reasons such as Three Waters Reform, TCC's new and wider procurement arrangement being in place, etc. our intention is that the Framework will be a 3-year commitment with the preferred professional services providers.

We are seeking to engage professional services for its water supply and wastewater network as well as at reservoirs. These companies will have the technical skills with demonstrable experience and track record having provided these services to one or more councils in NZ.
