Expression of Interest: Lease of Margaret River Recreation Centre Café

⁠⁠⁠An exciting and unique opportunity for food and beverage operators to lease a café space in front of the newly refurbished Margaret River Recreation Centre which boasts over 120,000 paid visitors a year. The Shire is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced parties for the fit-out and operation of a newly constructed café facility.

The café space will be located at the entrance to the recreation centre as a standalone building with private lockable access, adjacent to an enclosed, grassed play facility.
