Tender Description
The purpose of this Service is to assist patients, their families and/or guardian to find a permanent residential care placement or respite care within a residential aged care facility.
CALHN seek to identify, assess and select a panel of service providers having the required capability and capacity, in order to outsource a part of the Private Aged Care Placement Service when needed.
