This contract will be for the purpose of minor Civil Works, based on a schedule of rates for a period of three years (36 months) with an optional one-year (12 months) extension plus an additional optional one-year (12 months) extension.

The scope of works is broadly defined as follows:

Concrete Works (CW)
Paving Works – Sandstone/Brick/Granite, including Kerb (PW)
Asphalt Pavement Works - road & footpath (AW) and
Associated miscellaneous works such as Turfing and signage (MW)

Categories associated with this contract will be Minor Capital works, Builder/Utility restoration, and Infrastructure repairs throughout the Woollahra Council Municipality.
