Tender Description
These works are a re-tender of RFQ0123 with a modification to the period over which the works are to be undertaken.
Maintenance painting to selected areas throughout locations across all buildings on the Banyo Campus into three (3) packages of maintenance painting works and one (1) package of wall cleaning work.
Tender submission must include the a) pricing spreadsheet and b) signed Minor Works agreement, as a minimum.
Work programs are structured to minimize interruption to both occupants and vendors with the tender response to state clearly the offer for Option A or/and Option B.
