Tender Description
The Rural City of Wangaratta (Council) is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to conduct a study that will undertake a land supply and demand analysis for residential opportunities for townships and rural townships; and commercial and industrial opportunities areas across in the municipality (inclusive of Brownfield sites that are unused or underutilised). The study will create a methodology that can be utilised by Council into the future to regularly monitor, update, review and analyse the supply of residential, commercial and industrial land.
