NSW Health / Pest Control Services

⁠⁠⁠Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District (ISLHD) is responsible for eight (8) public hospitals and approximately forty-nine (49) community buildings. The purpose of this RFT is to assist ISLHD to engage a Contractor to provide the Services on an overall best value for money basis.

Please note, HealthShare NSW operated kitchens at each hospital site will not be covered by this agreement.

The whole of the work covered by this RFT shall be carried out by a recognised Pest Control contractor. ISLHD encourages training in the various fields that encompass Pest Control services. Contractors that show verification of training systems will be at an advantage. The Contractor must provide the appropriate tools, labour, equipment, and materials to provide all Services.

The ability of the Contractor to provide services across multiple sites within the ISLHD will be viewed favourably in the tender evaluation process.

The Contractor is required to provide pest control in the nominated sites, contributing to providing a safe environment for ISLHD staff, customers, visitors, and Contractors. Services will be provided at the required frequency as set out in a Customer Agreement.

The successful Contractor will be expected to fulfil the entirety of the specification, provide all reports/ documentation to substantiate services performed and meet the expected performance levels. The Goods and/or Services are described in Part B: Specifications.>
