At the time of publishing this invitation to register an interest, the Supply includes the design, manufacture, assembly, surface preparation and treatment, factory testing and packaging. The Supply includes the following:

• 71 off (estimated) 33kV/6.6kV portable packaged kiosk substation with IP65 protection

• 30 off (estimated) 33kV/415V portable packaged kiosk substation with IP65 protection

• 50 off (estimated) 33kV kiosk switchboard with IP65 protection

• 96 off (estimated) 6.6kV portable in-pit field switch with IP65 protection

• Each packaged 33kV/6.6kV kiosks substation is completed with:

o 33kV/6.6kV, 5MVA or 8MVA Dyn11, KNAN power transformer

o 33kV ground-mounted recloser o 6.6kV Switchgear (1 incomer and 2 feeders)

o 200A NER o Remote operation panel

o Integrated 415/240VAC and 48/24VDC power supply (with UPS for 4 hours back up power)

o Communication panel integrated with PLC systems o Exterior and interior lighting

• Each packaged 33kV kiosk switchboard is completed with:

o 33kV Switchgear (1 isolator incomer and 3 circuit breaker feeders)

o Integrated 48/24VDC power supply (with UPS for 4 hours back up power)

o Exterior and interior lighting

• Each packaged 33kV/415V kiosks substation is completed with

o 33kV Switchgear (1 incomer and 2 feeders)

o 33kV/415V, 1MVA Dyn11, KNAN power transformer   Remote operation panel

o Integrated 415/240VAC and 48/24VDC power supply (with UPS for 4 hours back up power)

o Communication panel/cabinet integrated with PLC systems

o 400V switchboard with 1600A incomer, 630A and 400A feeders. IP54 protection, form 4a/4b segregation and 63kA for 1 second fault level.

o Exterior and interior lighting • Each in-pit field switch is completed with:

o 6.6kV Switchgear (1 incomer, 2 feeders or 4 feeders)x

o Remote operation panel

o Integrated 415/240VAC and 48/24VDC power supply (with UPS for 4 hours back up power)

o Communication panel/cabinet integrated with PLC systems

o Exterior and interior lighting

FMG will require progressive annual delivery of the following equipment from Q1 2024 to 2027:

• 20 x 33kV/6.6kV kiosk substations

• 12 x 33kV kiosk switchboard

• 8 x 33kV/415V kiosk substations

• 20 x field switches All equipment supplied is required to comply with Australian Standards and Fortescue Standard Specifications.

Any packages of work associated with the Project is subject to internal approvals.

The scope may change at FMG’s election to accommodate project budget and time requirements.
