Tender Description
The Supply includes the design, manufacture, assembly, surface preparation and treatment, factory testing, and packaging.
The Supply includes the following:
• 71 off (estimated) 33kV/6.6kV two winding transformers rated at 5MVA or 8MVA
• 30 off (estimated) 33kV/415V two winding transformers rated at 1MVA
• 850 (estimated) of 33kV/315 tow winding pole top transformer rated at 315kVA
• 71 off (estimated) 6.6kV outdoor NER, 200A
The transformer shall be Dyn11 configuration and KNAN with class K3 oil.
FMG will require progressive annual delivery of the following equipment from Q1 2024 to 2027:
• 20 x 33kV/6.6kV transformers
• 8 x 33kV/415V 1MVA transformers
• 200 x 33kV/415V 315kVA transformers
All equipment supplied is required to comply with Australian Standards and Fortescue Standard Specifications.
Any packages of work associated with the Project are subject to internal approvals.
The scope may change at FMG’s election to accommodate project
budget and time requirements.
