⁠⁠⁠Isaac Regional Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for an Incorporated Association to lease the 'Old Tennis Courts & Building' located in Seashore Street, Dysart, for community recreational purposes.

About the location

The land is legally described as being Lot 23 on CNS396 with a street address of 11 Seashore Street, Dysart.

The land is owned by Queensland State Government, represented by the Department of Resources; and managed by Isaac Regional Council as Trustee.

The land has been dedicated as a Reserve for Recreation by the Department of Resources.
A Recreation Reserve is to be used for active recreation facilities.

About the facility

The facility is approximately 250sqm under roof with the land being approximately 3.119 hectares. A facility made of concrete block on slab is located on the land.

This facility has recently had a significant upgrade including new flooring, painting and kitchenette.

Council will not be investing any funds into the surrounding land, including but not limited to the old courts.

Any upgrades and/or fit-out will be the responsibility of the final successful EOI submission and must be approved by Council before commencement of works.

Isaac Regional Council encourages the sharing of facilities and would be pleased to accept joint Expressions of Interest from Community Groups.
