Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from food van operators for its winter solstice event Frost and Fire to be held on Saturday 17 June 2023 at the Forbes Ski Dam.
Food to be sold by these operators must be rustic in nature and suit the themes of the event of rich and hearty, warming winter food, smoked meats, curries, stews etc. Recommending that food is quick to serve to combat long times for guests. Vendors must contact Events Officer to submit their proposed menu, insurances and business details before the 5pm Friday 21 April 2023 for consideration.
