Pilbara Ports Authority is pleased to invite Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced companies for an on-water fuel facility at Spoilbank Marina, Port Hedland.
The scope involves the provision of an on-water fuel facility at the Spoilbank Marina. Respondents should consider the following indicative requirements:
• The fuel facility shall be publicly accessible and offer 24/7 self-service.
• Provision of two pumps consisting of unleaded and diesel options.
• Tank(s) shall be installed above-ground and comply with relevant Australian standards, particularly AS 1940:2004 (Storing and handling flammable and combustible liquids).
• Fuel shall be supplied via pipelines to an on-water fuel pontoon. A gangway shall provide access to the pontoon from land and carry the fuel pipelines.
• All infrastructure shall be designed and constructed to suit Port Hedland’s harsh marine and industrial environment, including wind design to Cyclone Region D.
