Tenders are invited to establish an AS4000-1999 contract for the construction of a new cell at Gympie Regional Council’s Bonnick Road waste management facility. The works generally include:

• Development of management plans to support the construction process, ensuring all works comply with the relevant environmental approvals;

• Construction of the stormwater detention basin and large-diameter pipeline in accordance with the approved design drawings;

• Construction of the new cell for the storage of landfill in accordance with the approved design drawings, inclusive of leachate collection and disposal system, and;

• Site restoration at the completion of the construction works.

A specialist geotechnical engineering consultant may be engaged to provide contract administration support (including design verification) to the Superintendent for this contract.
