Supply of Plant Hire (Wet) Services

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking Tenders for the supply of Plant Hire (Wet) services in order t to establish a Register of PreQualified Suppliers (RPQS) with the successful tenderer/s.

It is Council’s intention to establish the RPQS for a period of one (1) year with the option to extend for a further four (4) twelve (12) month terms at the sole discretion of Council based on, but not limited to, performance, pricing and delivery.

Council reserves the right to at any time request prices for additional rates to suit Council operational requirements and financial systems through a Schedule of Rates (SOR) refresh process.

This RPQS is not a guarantee that Council will order any quantity of the whole or any part of the goods and or services specified in the specification, which forms part of the Request for Tender. An Arrangement may be awarded to one or more suppliers based on the most advantageous outcome for Council.
