Tender Description

North West Hospital and Health Service (NWHHS, the customer) invite tenders from suitably qualified, and experienced contractors to undertake the construction of pathology refurbishment at Mount Isa hospital (the project). The scope of the project is outlined in section 1.1.1 of attachment 1 – specification.

NWHHS has issued this ITT with the objectives to complete the project:

  • in accordance with the scope and specification
  • with minimal impact on the day-to-day operations of the hospital
  • with minimal impact or inconvenience to the hospital’s patients, staff, and visitors
  • with sensitivity to diversity, including cultural respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
  • with no environmental, health, or safety incidents
  • on time and within budget
  • with no defects in the works.
