Moree Plains Shire Council is seeking tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Contractors for the procurement of the following works at the Bank Art Museum Moree (BAMM):

1) Front façade and entrance upgrades comprising the construction of a walkway and landing to the external front entrance and conversion of front entrance doors to automatic sliding;

2) Tile roof replacement and maintenance works including roof and rainwater goods and thermal insulation; and

3) HVAC replacement comprising: (a) two levels of museum gallery to be served by split system air handling units complete with a floor-standing vertical supply fan coil unit; (b) three dedicated critical artwork stores served by computer room air conditioning units; (c) two air curtains; (d) outdoor plant; (e) controls for the mechanical services.

Moree Plains Shire is located 640km northwest of Sydney and 473km southwest of Brisbane.

BAMM is located at 25 Frome Street, Moree NSW. The museum building is listed as an item of local heritage significance in the Moree Plains Local Environmental Plan 2011.
